The Web, Marketing, and Communications Manager serves as the communication manager for the Council of Residency Directors in Emergency Medicine (CORD). This role will monitor marketing efforts across various platforms while aiding in the creation of content across email, print, video, and digital communications. This position also assists the Association Management Services in various tasks including onsite meeting duties and fielding inquiries from CORD members.
We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience executing social media campaigns, deployment of promotional messages through email, creation of written communications, and website/app development.
Our ideal candidate has…
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and social media platforms.
- Design skills using either Canva or Adobe Creative suite for creating visual/video content.
Other desired qualifications include familiarity with tracking engagement metrics, experience working with associations, and ability to provide onsite meeting support including but not limited to registration assistance, photo/video event documentation, and exhibit set-up.
