Position Summary:
You will be responsible for leading a team to develop best-in-class integrated digital strategy plans across all digital channels for our brands, focusing on health care professionals and consumers for multiple healthcare brands. This role will lead digital capabilities and a team responsible for Social, Influencers, Ambassadors, Online Media, Search, CRM and Loyalty. You will partner with Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Martech and Design teams to focus on crafting human-centric experiences across a variety of digital platforms and solutions. We are seeking a data-driven decision maker, unlocking deep insights about customer behaviors, and crafting strategies from awareness to engagement and sales to loyalty. Also, your role will be responsible to deliver strong and consistent business results, with high visibility to company leadership.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of professional excellence and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with complex, matrix organizational structure. This person will define digital goals, direction, and strategy, while being able to lead a team of highly talented digital marketers.
Responsibilities:
- Own the digital strategy that supports our brand strategies, leading the team and partners in key digital capabilities:
- Media: Continuous development, execution, evolvement and tracking of a best-in-class full-funnel media program that builds awareness, drives engagement, and generates conversion for DTC and HCPs (i.e. HCP leads, DTC revenue). On-going connection with Nestle broader media team and external partners as Google, Meta, Linked-in and Tik Tok, to guarantee best practices implementation. Previous experiences on defining media KPIs aligned to social channels and buying formats will help your team to take media strategy to an elevated level, with an important focus on performance media
- Search: Lead internal team and agency for search strategy evolution into brands ecosystem, partnering with marketing in content enhancements and new developments, while working very close with Martech team to implement SEO optimizations. Your expertise will help your team to bridge paid and organic search into a holistic mindset, contributing to take our brand ahead of the competition and thrive in costumers search journeys.
- Social, Ambassadors and Influencers: guide team to take to the next level the social strategy driving awareness and engagement with personalized content. You will guide the evolution of our Influencers and Ambassadors program for community building and advocacy through powerful relationship. Your knowledge will be important on Social content best practice to drive engagement, as well as tactics for synergy from paid and organic social, listening and community management.
- CRM and Loyalty: Support team members/partners for a stronger CRM program for both HCPs and consumers, evolving all communication/users journeys, data compliance and flow integration, implementation of CRM tools to drive repurchase results, and implementation of a Loyalty program. You must understand concepts of email and SMS programs best practices, while being comfortable to guide team on driving actions from findings on RFM, LVT vs CAC and churn.
- Understand the marketplace, competitor dynamics and brings the voice of the customer to life in by digital communication, social strategy, setting a vision for existing and new digital features/assets.
- Develop, maintain and promote internal and external benchmarks throughout purchase funnel and across digital channels
- Confidently communicate with other areas and senior leadership the E-business roadmap, projects status and results, suggesting actions to address problem areas.
- Lead team to ensure operation excellence of the partners in planning, prioritizing, and overseeing initiatives; ensuring projects are executed on time and at the highest quality levels, tracking post-implementation and challenging the status quo. Define Main KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), cascade to your teams, lead delivery of tracking reports, discuss on-going optimization opportunities and insights.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field
- Deep understanding of omnichannel sales and marketing channels, including but not limited to email, websites, digital media programs, paid search, SEO, social media, mobile apps, CRM, and measurement/insight generation.
- Experience with B2B and DTC highly preferred
- Experience leading social strategy in a highly regulated environment strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of user-centered digital experience in brands ecosystem, full-funnel communication content principles on social and influencers/digital, affiliate marketing, master media channels and formats oriented mostly for performance, tactics to drive retention in omnichannel journeys, while understanding how to excel an interconnected performance between paid and organic search.
- Subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, agencies, cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess business results of marketing tactics, define appropriate metrics / KPIs, and maximize value of marketing investment.
- Strong sense of accountability and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, gain alignment and drive decision making.
- Self-starter who demonstrates energy and enthusiasm, bringing a positive solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to frame complex concepts to facilitate discussion and deeper levels of understanding across departments.

The approximate pay range for this position is $170,000-$220,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
