About the Role:
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy:
- Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the IT team or external vendors to address technical issues and implement enhancements.
Product Management:
- Coordinate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, descriptions, and images.
- Implement pricing strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase online sales.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to enhance the online presence of the brand.
Customer Experience:
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Implement customer retention strategies to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
- Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience (5 years) in e-commerce management.
· Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
· Demonstrated success in driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in using analytics tools and e-commerce platforms.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
