Job Description: Associate Digital Product Owner - Integration Services, Global Data & Analytics
Location: Princeton NJ / Utrecht, NL / Copenhagen, DK
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Integration Services Platform Product Owner to join our Global Data & Analytics Team. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of data & application integration solutions using the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) platform. You will work closely with developers, architects, and project teams to design, develop, test, and deploy integration workflows and processes. This role requires a strong understanding of data integration concepts, product management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of cross functional team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the E2E data & application integration workflows using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) platform.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define Integration requirements.
- Prioritizes Integration demand & backlog – understands economic models to lead prioritization and applies systems thinking.
- Drives Integration Services Platform vision and ensures development and maintenance of a multi-year platform strategy & roadmap.
- Define and monitor key metrics and track SLAs & OLAs related to integration services delivery.
- Partner with project managers, scrum masters, technical leads, and business process owners to drive alignment across integration project delivery lifecycle.
- Assist in the implementation of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration between various systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with developers and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work with Validation & Quality Leads to ensure Integration pipelines are compliant with Genmab standards.
- Write, test, and maintain data integration workflows, mappings, transformations, and other artifacts using IICS tools and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration processes, ensuring the smooth flow of data between systems.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to validate the accuracy and efficiency of data integration solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies in the integration space and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the maintenance and support of existing data integration solutions, including bug fixes, performance optimization, and system upgrades.
- Manage an offshore delivery team consisting of developers & analysts and prioritizes their workload.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of agile product management principles and leading platform PODs.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and ETL principles.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API management, and middleware technologies.
- Hands on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) or similar data integration platforms.
- Extensive experience with driving adoption of enterprise level platforms
- Familiarity with relational & non-relational databases & cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and open to acquiring new skills and technologies.
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$114,375.00-$190,625.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
