We need your pro-active expertise in: SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Amazon AMS, Depot Retail Media, Lowes Retail Media, CRM development, Content KPI, APP Strategy, Opt-In creation, URL Architecture, Ongoing Installer and Owner Engagement Program creation, Social Audience Strategy on everything and beyond.
We’re looking for a talented and experienced digital marketing manager to be part of a fast-growing, Miramar, FL based business. You’ll work collaboratively across multifunctional teams and be part digital expert and part project manager, someone who is self-directed, deadline-driven, and a professional that can partner as easily with our owner, sales, product managers and designers. This role requires someone who likes strategy, loves data, communicates well and pivots gracefully under pressure. You won’t just do work – you’ll impact our business as a high level strategic partner.
It’s a mix of leading the planning, strategy, implementation and metrics reporting that’ll have you involved from start to finish on all digital projects, resulting in progressive, sophisticated and appropriate designs and other amazing work. You must be agile with a analytic KPI/ROI strategic eye and have an outstanding attention to detail.
The digital marketing manager is in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products and services. Their duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics and identifying trends. They typically have experience in SEO, SEM, URLs, email, Google Ads/Analytics, social media, influencer marketing, SMS, retargeting, data base development, retail media and all other digital touch points.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience creating digital marketing campaigns, managing projects either from the client or agency side in advertising, design, media and analytics
- Digital media and marketing expertise with SEO/SEM, Amazon, Depot, Lowe’s, brand URL, retailer URL, social media, retail media, Google Ads/Analytics, PIP, KOL, etc. – owned, earned and paid
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications or English
- Highly strategic, analytical and creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate and ultimately sell product
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining marketing campaigns in retail
- Proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques, as well as the financial planning and strategy
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, technical, multitasking, problem-solving and budgeting skills
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language; ability to communicate ideas to clients, vendors, team members, and others in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with client Google Analytics and monthly reporting on impressions, clicks, conversions, page views, time spent, etc., and other KPI metrics per client work and needs
- Website management: WordPress and Shopify
- Email marketing: Mailchimp, Constant Contact and HubSpot; database development
- PPC: Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest
- Social media management: Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite and Buffer
- Bazaarvoice ratings and reviews, sweepstakes and syndicating reviews
- Possess high standards of integrity and confidentiality; be able to adjust to multiple demands while achieving challenging objectives with intelligence and analysis
- Pursue additional learning and self-develop
