As a Senior Manager - Digital Product Management, create digital experiences that enhance our customers lives at every touchpoint.
Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) is dedicated to supporting merchants globally. The Digital Merchant Experience team is responsible for bringing solutions to merchants which enable them to seamlessly manage their account online. Through customer insights and UX expertise, we can develop, build, and deliver optimal experiences that help propel our merchants’ business. Reporting to the Director of Merchant Engagement Products, the Manager/Senior Manager, Digital Merchant Experience is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of various Digital Merchant Experience capabilities.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Set the vision and priorities for capabilities, with a focus on the secure online experience and merchant communications.
- Partner closely with Technologies to translate Business requirements and build solutions that meet customer needs.
- Research and understand merchant behavior to inform strategy, requirements, and product roadmap.
- Partner closely with Merchant Digital Analytics to maintain a thorough understanding of product performance, gaps, and opportunities to improve satisfaction.
- Ensure high quality agile practices, highlighting cross functional dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support leadership in developing recommendations for the long-term product strategy, incorporating both business and technical needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably familiar with Rally
- High degree of proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Scrum, and Agile product development
- Ability to put enterprise thinking first, connect the role’s agenda to enterprise priorities.
- Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services
- Results driven mindset with a proven track record to prioritize and deliver against multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Demonstrate learning agility, ability to make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity.
- Extensive experience developing new product concepts, managing a complex backlog, and working closely with scrum teams to assess development feasibility.
- Demonstrate teamwork and excellent collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity and operate with a high degree of independence.
- Experience translating customer data, insights and feedback into informed product strategy and roadmap.
- Self-starter who is highly comfortable with ambiguity.
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
