Position Purpose/Summary: Manages the day-to-day operations of the Digital Banking System Administration team. Assists the Digital Baking Product Manager with: Overseeing all Digital Banking projects, updates, and ongoing maintenance; Creation, implementation, and completion of the Digital Banking roadmap; Coordinating project timelines and testing efforts for Digital Banking.
- Supervises Digital Banking System Administrators.

Education & Experience: We pride ourselves in our advocacy for education, growth, and opportunity for experience at Visions Federal Credit Union. This position would minimally require an associate degree with 2-3 years of relevant financial institution with experience involving SaaS platform management. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience working with, and leading, cross-functional project teams and product lifecycles and experience leading process improvement and/or workflow optimization is required. Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Due to the nature of this role in dealing with employees and members on an on-going basis, the position requires (and is not limited to):
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Efficient time management and organizational skills; Flexibility (able to adapt to changing environment).
- Ability to critically think and propose new methods/approaches to resolve business challenges and system integrations by using design thinking and understanding system architecture.
- Ability to analyze problems and apply deductive reasoning to logically resolve complex situations to include structuring technology systems (tech stack) and program stacks.
- Ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions and prioritize tasks and outcomes.
- Possess strong business acumen and software architecture understanding to plan for release cycles, interpret release notes, and forecast any downstream impacts to business systems.
- Possesses high-level written and verbal communication skills to convey urgency, persuasion, and market opportunities in the form of proposals, presentations, trainings, and reports.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Possesses strong knowledge of financial institution operations and processes.
Compensation Range: $65,000/yr. - $90,000/yr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
