You will drive and oversee marketing strategy and execution for Wombi, managing our brand look & feel, creating and managing digital ads, and social and content marketing. This is a hands-on and functional lead role that requires a deep understanding of marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and a bias for action.
How you drive success:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Create compelling and engaging content for online and offline platforms. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing materials that align with the brand.
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with ambassadors, influencers, and other key stakeholders. Leverage partnerships to expand brand reach, drive customer engagement, and enhance the overall marketing impact.
Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and expectations. Utilize data and analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve customer targeting.
Build and nurture a vibrant community around the brand, fostering engagement and advocacy. Develop and implement community-driven initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborate with retail partners to ensure effective merchandising of e-bikes and related products. Develop merchandising strategies that align with brand positioning and enhance the overall retail experience.
Plan and execute events to promote brand awareness, engage customers, and drive product adoption. Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, and partnerships for successful event execution.
Collaborate with the management to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth
Oversee Wombi’s social media and online presence to engage with customers and further develop the Wombi brand
Directly engage with customers on a daily basis to understand customer needs and preferences and identify opportunities for growth

Success Factors:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on brand development, partnerships, and community building.
Strong understanding of e-bike industry trends and urban mobility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
