We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Marketing Manager to join our team in the United States out of our Edison, New Jersey corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and nurturing online communities, with a focus on social media engagement with the goal of lead and sales generation. This role requires a creative individual who can produce short form videos for various social platforms and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
· Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals
· Content calendar planning, copywriting compelling content, scheduling, and posting.
· Create engaging and shareable short form videos for different social platforms to promote brand, products, services, and attract new customers.
· Monitor and respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback.
· Act as brand voice on social media across all platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Various Internal Departments
· Work closely with Sales and Product to ensure accurate representation of brand, products, services, and technical information.
· Collaborate on campaign planning and execution, ensuring timely and cohesive messaging.
· Deep understanding of extending integrated marketing campaigns for social media.
Video Production Capabilities
· Demonstrated dynamic production style
· Off-camera interviewing and producing skills
· Video shooting and editing (Capcut, Premiere, iMovie)
· Commercial drone pilot (or commit to work towards)
Community Engagement and Advocacy
· Foster a positive online community by actively engaging with users and addressing concerns.
· Identify and collaborate with brand advocates to amplify positive messaging.
Analytics and Reporting
· Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, community growth, and engagement.
· Provide regular reports and insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
· Competitive and Industry social media monitoring and analysis
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Proven experience in social media community management and social media marketing.
· Strong video creation, storytelling, production, photography, and editing skills.
· Strong business acumen or B2B digital marketing background
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Willingness to travel up to 60% as required to tradeshows, customer events, regional events, vendor meetings, job site visits, office, and distribution centers, and more as applicable.
· A proven track-record in social media community building, effective campaigns on platforms such as.LinkedIN, Twitter, Facebook. Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, and more as dictated by market needs
· Increased community engagement, and social media best practices and trends.
· Ability to travel up to 25% nationwide to Netceed branches, customers, events and trade shows
