Pay: $19-$20/hour
Hours: 8am to 5pm PST (Monday thru Friday, with some holidays and weekends)
Tasks:
- Bill clients for a range of products within various pricing packages utilizing multiple software platforms to ensure transactions are completed accurately and timely according to service level agreements
- Issue client refunds and accurately void transactions to provide quality customer service
- Create and maintain recurring billing subscriptions throughout the order life cycle to ensure product prices and service periods are accurate
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client data across multiple software programs to protect organization and client security
- Support Product Teams by providing billing documentation and/or resources to facilitate account management needs
- Collaborate with Product Teams as billing questions arise to provide ongoing support
- Process client payments received via check, ACH, or credit card including decline charges and past due amounts to facilitate an efficient billing system
- Perform routine audit functions to ensure department accuracy
- Participate in departmental and company-wide projects to provide billing support
Required skills & certifications:
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous billing experience
- Ability to learn and navigate new platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, affiliates, and multiple billing systems
- Excellent team player, ability to collaborate within the department, receptive to feedback
- Ability to work independently, as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
