Leidos currently has an opening for an IT Program Manager to join our CIO Business Integration and Planning team. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of technology focused projects which support technology roadmaps and business needs for the enterprise. You will be responsible for all phases of ITAM program management – from definition and planning to execution and implementation. You will manage large programs within the CIO Services team by leading the work of project team members, managing cost and schedule and monitoring progress to ensure milestones, budget targets and quality measures are met.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leading complex ITAM enterprise programs that deliver on critical business goals and support large-scale platforms
Partnering cross-functionally with Stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive program delivery
Ensuring adoption of program management standards, practices, tools and processes across projects including the creation and control of project plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, scope, budgets and other established project processes
Directing project team personnel, providing oversight and guidance to project managers assigned to the program
Facilitating ongoing risk assessment and mitigation activities across the program
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management or related field and 12+ years of experience managing successful IT integration programs, including large enterprise programs
Prior ITAM experience is required
Action oriented; ability to adapt to change and implement quickly based on overall direction and program needs
Strong leadership and influencing skills to effectively drive program results
Exceptional cross-team collaboration, ability to work across different functions and reporting boundaries to meet program delivery commitments
Proven track record of best-in-class project management execution
Deep experience in schedule management, resource management, issue management, risk management and scope management
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
US citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with ServiceNow Demand and Portfolio Management
Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $213,850.00
