This role sits within Technology & Digital for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products located in Florida.
The Senior Product Manager will report to the Manager, Technology.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to focus on critical initiatives within the Domestic Parks & Resorts portfolio. Reporting into the Manager, Technology, together we will build vision and scope, identify costs, and analyze market trends to drive transformative solutions. We will initially focus on the Walt Disney World Contact Center transformation initiative .
You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, requirements, value, and priorities for those initiatives. You will provide joint leadership and partnership with the Commercial Strategy teams, Technology & Digital Platform teams, and third-party vendors to align, frame, and lead strategic vision and possible solutions. Combine your organizational skills with brainstorming and storytelling in this role!
Translate concepts and ideas into tangible scope items with clear objectives and priorities
Identify and leverage insights from research, focus groups, and analytics sources for data-driven analysis, prioritization, and discussion
Serve as a Technology & Digital leader and business point of contact by maintaining communication and representing them during third party and technology-focused discussions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of product management experience or similar field
Experience working in technology within any industry, ideally within delivery and/or product management roles within a large and matrix organization
Leadership in customer-centric vision building and requirements gathering
Comfortability working in-person across multiple site locations within the city of Orlando
Experience with Contact Centers and/or CRM is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
