What to Expect as a Product Manager at Leafwell
As a Product Manager on Leafwell's Telemedicine Team, you'll report to the Chief Product Officer and play a key role in advancing our telemedicine products. Your focus will be on leveraging your strong product management skills and healthcare industry knowledge, with particular emphasis on user-centric design in telemedicine. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and strategic partners, coordinating with an agile engineering team to enhance Leafwell's data-driven products, significantly impacting the medical cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities
Required:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine.

Understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Experience with project management and collaboration tools.

Experience working in an agile development process.
Preferred:

Experience in telemedicine or digital health services.

Knowledge of relevant healthcare and privacy regulations.

Experience with user-centric design and delivery.
