Revive & Thrive Project is building healthy, empowered, connected communities through nutritious meals and food education.
The organization was founded by nutritionist and cancer survivor Wendy Borden in 2015, and is modeled after the Ceres Community Project, in California. As an affiliate partner, RTP is inspired by Ceres’ success in implementing food as medicine to improve lives and health and is taking steps in the same direction.
Since 2015 Revive and Thrive has steadily grown. In 2022, with the dedication of our volunteer community, we prepared and home delivered 11,326 fresh meals to over 200 individuals experiencing a health crisis.
Today we are looking for a dynamic Executive Director, who will further accelerate Revive and Thrive Project’s growth, capitalizing on the maturity of the team and the growing culture of food for health in our community. An experienced leader with a passion for our mission qualified to achieve the vision of creating healthy communities with equitable access to optimal nutrition and food education for all, especially those facing a health crisis.
