We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Duties
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, presentations, and website elements. Develop creative concepts and translate them into high-quality visual content.
- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across different marketing channels. Ensure consistency in brand elements, such as logos, typography, color schemes, and style guidelines.
- Work closely with the marketing manager to understand project requirements, target audience, and marketing objectives. Collaborate on developing design strategies and campaigns that effectively convey key messages and engage the audience.
- Utilize design software and tools to produce high-quality graphic designs. Prepare print-ready files and digital assets for distribution and implementation across various marketing channels.
- Enhance and modify product images, photographs, and visuals for marketing purposes. Ensure visual consistency and high quality by performing color correction, image cropping, and retouching as necessary.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, including marketing managers, team members, and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including logos, templates, stock images, and brand guidelines. Ensure accessibility and easy retrieval of design resources for marketing team members.
- Position reports to the Marketing Manager.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field is preferred.
Experience
- 1-2 years experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, graphic/photographic manipulation, required.
- 1 year experience with logo/branding generation, typography, and package design, required.
- Conceptualization and layout design with multi-page formats, required.
- Corel Draw and/or Adobe Illustrator, required.
- 1+ years experience delivering high quality advertising/merchandising, required.
- Interacting on a collaborative team and working directly with stakeholders to implement designs
- Some work experience in market research would be helpful.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
