Why we created this internship:
Youth is the future, and we want to give leaders the push, that encouragement, and transformational insights that they need to put a jet pack on their flight to success, whether that’s a personal success or nonpersonal success. This experience is designed to both transform the participant and allow that young person to help transform their surroundings. Together we can all be part of creating change, from the inside out.
The 6 week leadership internship Is a mix of fun and learning in a creative way that will help unlock insights and new ideas that they didn’t have before coming on the program. We aim to elevate their mindsets to a new way of thinking that brings them inner peace and the ability to spread that insight to others.
We also feel that the best way to spread a message is through creative media and the arts, which is why we invite artists, writers, poets, videographers, photographers, and other creatives that are part of this internship to create their own projects. While we can only accept a few select leaders, together we can impact the world.
This internship can lead to a full-time or part-time position teaching Social Emotional Learning to elementary/high school students in the fall.
