Summary: Responsible for driving growth in philanthropic giving through personal interactions, a robust marketing and communications strategy, fundraising campaigns, and foundation special events. This includes working alongside foundation staff, hospital staff, board members, and volunteers to identify, cultivate, and solicit contributions that will increase the number of active donors and total contributions. In the future, it will include supervising and managing giving staff focused on sustained giving programs, events, and campaigns. Assessment must be completed along with application.
