Are you an accomplished Marketing Manager with 4-6 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and a strong background in paid subscriptions? Do you possess a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote our physical security safes and subscription-based insurance services to consumers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, web developers, video production professionals, photographers, and business managers to create engaging marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement of marketing efforts.
- Create and manage content briefs for various marketing channels such as email, social media, podcasts, web content, and other creative channels to build brand ethos and acquire customers.
- Utilize AI tools for copy creation and other creative asset generation to optimize marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key marketing channel partners.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. Utilize tools like Google Analytics and other analytical platforms for performance tracing and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in both physical products and subscription-based services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and quantitative analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience in email marketing, channel marketing, and social media marketing.
- High proficiency with AI tools for copy creation and creative asset generation.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with graphic designers, web developers, video production professionals, photographers, and business managers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
