Major responsibilities
- Deliver computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- Be in contact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
- Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions
- Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
- Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Requirements
- Desktop support or related experience
- Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Documentation experience preferred
- Foundational knowledge in supervising
- Earlier work involving Resolve Issues
- Prior experience with Interfaces
- Deep understanding of research
- Proper Recording experience required
- Comprehension of Peripheral Equipment
- Customer service experience desired
- Communication Skills experience highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with PC Hardware
- Demonstrated knowledge of Phone Presenc
- Experience with About Time
- Practical knowledge of Financial Notes
- Computer Hardware experience highly valued
- General familiarity with Troubleshoot
