We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our agency client as a Production Manager. As the Agency Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all production activities within the agency. Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop production plans, timelines, and budgets for each project, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Coordinate resources, including internal staff, freelancers, vendors, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Budget and Cost Management:
- Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within allocated funds.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance the agency's profitability.
- Production Oversight:
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks or issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure deliverables meet the agency's and clients' standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry regulations throughout the production process.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to optimize performance and professional growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, or film production).
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
