As part of the OPEN Health Creative team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:
- Providing a highly detailed review of print and digital deliverables for quality assurance and accuracy of editorial and medical comments
- Reviewing and confirming adherence to formatting, template, publication, congress, and pharmaceutical/biotech guidelines
- Ensuring quality of design is consistent and upholding high creative standards within OPEN Health
- Identifying additional edits or corrections not identified or inadvertently introduced during draft development
- Marking corrections to the draft within Adobe Acrobat, MS PowerPoint, and/or other creative platforms (e.g., Figma)
- Possessing knowledge of client- and account-specific nuances/preferences and ensuring those preferences are reflected in deliverables
- Completing reviews in a timely manner in accordance with project timelines
- Complying with both internal and client-established standards, policies, and procedures
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ medical communications agency experience or related field, with a working knowledge of creative studios and relative print and digital projects (e.g., scientific posters, medical PowerPoint presentations, figures/graphs, etc.)
- Strong level of knowledge in MS PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Significant working knowledge and experience in the use of MS365 (including Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Previous studio management or graphic design experience desirable
- Ability to communicate changes in a supportive and understanding manner
- Extremely focused on attention to detail and consistency
