SALES TERRITORY: within NY/NJ/PA
POSITION PURPOSE:
To develop, and maintain relationships with dealer customers within assigned territory to build brand recognition, drive WoodConcept cabinets sales, and achieve or exceed sales goals.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be passionate about cabinetry sales and being part of a brand building, and must also be able to contribute to the business development immediately and to excel at the essential functions assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field
- Proven track record with at least 2 years of outside sales or account management experience (Strongly preferrable in the kitchen cabinetry industry)
- Knowledgeable about cabinetry products
- Comprehension of industry standard and trends
- High energy in demonstrating passion for the customer
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Meet or exceed all sales targets assigned to the position
- Execute sales visits and sales calls
- In working with the sales manager, develop territory and dealer-level sales strategy
- Drive WoodConcept sales revenue and market share in assigned territory
- Support WoodConcept marketing initiatives
- Provide product training to designers/sale associates at dealer location
- Manage customers and follow up needs through direct influence and relationship building with the dealer
- Participate in weekly sales meeting in person in the office
- Update sales tracking report on a regular basis to capture sales activities, customer feedback, and key considerations
- Submit territory specific reporting as required to provide visibility to the organization on account, competitor, and market activity
- Align with WoodConcept Cabinetry policies, procedures, and expectations in performing responsibilities of the position
- Fit into the WoodConcept Cabinetry culture
- Knowledge of 2020, Prokitchen and other software is a plus
SCOPE & EXPECATIONS:
- Reports to: Sales Manager
- Recruitment process may consist of any combination of phone, video and in person interviews.
- Ability to spend long hours using a computer and telephone
- Travel Required up to 75% of the time
- Offers may be contingent upon successful completion of Background Check.
- Valid driver’s license is a MUST
