Key responsibilities
- Lead an efficient flow of work and information through creative, branding, and digital teams
- Create project schedules, maintain job files, track and monitor progress, route projects, and conduct status meetings
- Ensure materials are properly organized and handled so that for every project the most necessary elements are delivered in a defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraints
Requirements
- Versatile project planning abilities that include project costing techniques
- Demonstrated knowledge of Relationship Management
- Agency experience preferred
- General familiarity with Integrated Marketing
- Comprehensive knowledge of Planning Processes
- Foundational knowledge in strategic planning
- Deep understanding of implementation
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and act on it
- Skills in business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development
- Candidates must have proven skills in project management software like Workfront
- Ensure executive management, team members, business and technology professionals get the information they need by communicating both orally and in writing
