-Develop messaging and strategy for email and web communications using insights into client’s business goals, including insight derived from data.
-Copywriting across all program communications.
-An understanding of client’s business including products, programs, goals and KPIs.
-Working with the client’s various channel editorial, marketing and production teams to understand the program and products in order to create appropriate value-led propositions and messaging.
-Source content from various client repositories and recommend its usage.
-Lead weekly editorial meetings, and supporting quarterly planning/review meetings.
-Checking all copy for accuracy and brand compliance.
-Working with the account team to ensure content is passed into production in a timely manner.
-Taking client feedback and ensuring the final product meets requirements.
-Monitor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs. Maintain record of key events (e.g. account review meetings, downtime, product requests, etc.) Monitor delivery timelines and report shortfalls as needed.
-Develop integrated campaign content to support web, email, social media and digital channels, working with creative partners to develop campaign themes and required creative assets.
-Maintain a test-and-learn approach to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for A/B and multivariate testing across campaign.

Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Content manager
- Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with social media
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
