Robert Half is looking to place an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist with our client. We need a professional who can expertly navigate the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution, all while keeping tight control of the bottom line. The job also requires a customer-first mindset and experience in improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices. Responsibilities include planning and implementing digital initiatives that support the client's sales and marketing strategies. This manager will support you in overseeing the company's brand image and voice by developing strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms, and paid media.

- Manage relationship with PR agency as the main point of contact for all projects and communication
- Create content that will engage the company's customers and partners
- Assist with other project tasks as needed, including print, direct mail and data management
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation
- Assemble reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights with executive leadership and share thought leadership
- Engage with technology and creative vendor partners to meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget
- Help with updating the online customer portal to improve user experience
- Enhance the company's website by creating landing pages, blog posts and SEO
- Own and improve the social media presence of the company
- Work on new tests and strategies to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
- Maintain project status and timeline for digital projects, communicating updates regularly
Requirements
- Expert in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
- Skilled in Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
- Experience with driving traffic to a company's main site and enhancing the frontline customer journey
- Prior experience managing strategic multichannel marketing and maintaining digital brand consistency
- Has proven track record in building digital brands with strong ROI
- Should have a good balance of initiative and skill
- Seasoned in vendor management
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
