As the User Experience Designer, you will design the overall functionality of exciting products and iterate on that design to ensure a stellar user experience. Another requirement for this User Experience (UX) Designer position is to originate and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and translate their results into various sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. Responsibilities

- Lending support to other team members as needed (QA, data entry, production updates, resizing of graphics, etc.)

- Producing tools such as personas, usage scenarios, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes

- Use results from user research and workflow analysis to craft strong experiences for users of a product

- Overseeing usability testing on prototypes or finished products to assess the quality of a user experience

- Focus areas may include content, controls, visual design, packaging, customer/technical support, branding, and other aspects of user experience

- Partnering with other members of the digital marketing team on the development of new initiatives

- Joining forces with business users and application developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience

- Understanding of Web Accessibility and testing tools (e.g. Lighthouse, Google Accessibility Developer Tools)

- 3+ years of experience within the digital design/UX industry

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

- In-depth knowledge of design software and authoring tools

- Quality experience with Optimization

- Solid understanding of Competitor Analysis

- Prior experience with UX

- Well-founded grasp of digital

- Deep understanding of UI

- General familiarity with travel

- Skills in Component Selection

- Good understanding of Collaboration

- Wide ranging experience with Stakeholders

- Solid understanding of Prototypes

- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

- Foundational knowledge in Patterns

- Foundational knowledge in design

- Hands-on experience with Decision-Making

- Communication experience required

- Comprehension of Web App

- Earlier work involving graphic design

- Innovation experience required

- Proven knowledge of Websites

- Previous experience working with Agile project management

- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

- Strong familiarity with research

- Practical knowledge of Practices

- Presentations experience highly desired

- Experience with Analytical Skills

- Well versed in prototype/mockup software (e.g. Sketch, Balsamiq, Zeplin)

- Well versed in graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
