Robert Half is seeking a contract Social Media Coordinator/Writer to help out with a local client to execute paid and organic social media campaigns and HSB’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube) in alignment with the global Social Media strategy including:
o Writing and curating relevant content to reach the target audience;
o Monitoring and responding to customers in a timely fashion, directing inquiries to appropriate resolution channels as needed;
o Looking for opportunities to expand reach, engagement and audience growth;
o Building audiences and setting up paid campaign buys;
o Utilizing Hootsuite to schedule content for all channels .
• Collaborate with Content Marketing and Campaign Manager on monthly editorial calendars.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize tactics for maximum impact and results, reporting regularly on key metrics.
• Maintain American Modern and HSB blog sites; research, write, and publish relevant blog content.
• Maintain “Social To Go” social media toolkit, research, and update content on a regular basis.
• Support Employee Advocacy efforts for American Modern and HSB via Hootsuite Amplify.
• Help troubleshoot basic questions from client-facing teams and executives, assist in improving profiles and training.
• Main point of QA (Quality Assurance) of all social media activities.
• Continually evaluate the success of communication and marketing activities based on defined KPIs to enhance future strategies and campaigns.
