RHMC is looking for a marketing specialist to help launch and grow a new, innovative brand in the renewable energy space and develop a marketing system and ideas for a renewable fuel. There is not going to be an in-house marketing department. This is going to be someone who oversees multiple marketing external vendor relationships. This is a good opportunity to build a brand in a collaborative environment in an emerging renewable energy industry. Job Duties: -Introduce brand to world and leverage brand awareness through web presence, social media, events, tradeshows and PR -Opportunity to build brand marketing and website in partnership with external agencies and vendors -Build brand marketing processes and strategy -Interface with internal resources and stakeholders and oversee relationship management -Oversee third party agencies and vendors, external stakeholders and resources and relationship management -Write and maintain in-house web and social media content as well as internal communications - Work directly with resources such as scientists and agronomists, and other subject matter experts to communicate content to targeted demographics so they don't sound like they're in a vacuum. -Collaborate closely with majority shareholder for approvals and brand name leverage and optics -Limited number of field marketing days -Some travel may be required
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have - Experience managing relationships with outside marketing vendors and stakeholders, as well as the ability to meet deadlines with urgency. - Self-motivation, be open to ideas and not afraid to fight for ideas they believe in, but get behind a decision once it's been made. - 2+ years of integrated marketing experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords as well as with general CMS, social scheduling and project management software Netsuite ERP system (to approve bills) is preferred but not necessary
