- Create and modify artwork, illustrations, and layouts based on provided briefs and guidelines, while infusing your own creative vision.
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines consistently across all design projects, ensuring visual cohesiveness and brand identity.
- Develop engaging and eye-catching graphics, typography, and imagery that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and tools, and integrate them into your work to push the boundaries of creativity.
- Perform quality checks on designs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
- Assist with the production process, including pre-press checks, file preparation, and print proofing, to ensure flawless execution.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance design concepts and ideas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Artist and Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design department.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to think creatively and make confident design choices while considering project objectives and target audience.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
