POSITION PURPOSE
The Marketing and CRM Analyst is a new role and great opportunity for an experienced analyst to expand the Marketing department’s analysis, reporting, and CRM capabilities.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute strategic marketing reporting and market analysis
Execute and evolve monthly marketing activity and ROI reporting
Manage key projects to help the team meet goals
Develop and execute ROI reporting, further integrating marketing and sales systems
Oversee Google reviews process and ways to improve it
Manage and conduct new market research and launch process
Develop and maintain central system to capture market intelligence
Perform market research projects, giving greater understanding to the department and internal audiences
Synthesize metrics into actionable recommendations for various internal audiences
Manage company-wide CRM solution
Manage the implementation and adoption of CRM within Netsuite
Become an expert in CRM tool, Netsuite
Clean up and organize CRM data and work with SMEs to ensure contact info is up to date
Execute initial round of builder prospect research in new markets, list cultivating, and importing
Use strategic reporting to give insight into our audiences, data, ways to use it, and improve it
Accurately manage and pull distribution lists and marketing reports
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns and journeys
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required
3-5 years analyst experience
Experience with CRM software and Netsuite preferred
Ability to effectively communicate in a cross-functional environment (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Media, Customer Service)
Creative, strategic and analytic thinker who can manage multiple priorities and concurrent deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities
Ability to manage and execute an enterprise wide CRM strategy
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Experience using Netsuite
Experience using reporting dashboards (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau), CRM tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and/or social media analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams
Ability to communicate very effectively both verbally, in writing, and via various platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Enjoys trying new tactics and technologies
Ability to prioritize, organize, manage time effectively, and multitask
Ability to work as part of a team with excellent speaking and listening skill
