Description:
This individual will be responsible for providing support to Residential customers. They will use a multiple software systems and applications to ensure customer service orders and repair tickets are completed accurately and on-time. They will also assist lower-level Technicians by offering subject matter expertise on higher complexity
issues.
This position requires outreach to customers so communication and soft skills will be key here since customers are not always happy when their services are not working.

• Dependability

• Excel knowledge (formatting, formulas, etc.)
• Comfort of working with customers in regards to their service issues and interruptions
• Interest in the technical aspect (modem troubleshooting, maybe TV sometimes depending on the issue)
