The Leidos Civil group is seeking a Logistics Management Supervisor to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) program, providing support to the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Mobile Assets Sustainment Program (MASP), AJW-244. The Mobile Asset Sustainment Program is responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and deploying the FAA’s mobile assets to support the continuity of National Airspace System (NAS) operations during emergencies, routine facility maintenance, major facility improvements, and significant public events requiring air traffic control augmentation. This position is 100% remote with up to 30% travel. Candidate may be located anywhere in the United States.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide supervision for a team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments, ensuring work requested under the task order is performed properly and within the prescribed time and budget constraints negotiated between the Contractor and the Government.
Direct supervision of personnel including, hiring, promotion, and termination authority within areas of responsibility, in conjunction with senior manager review and approval.
Provide time card management and guidance for assigned staff.
Maintain frequent interface and communication with manager, FAA personnel, and other contractor personnel.
Effectively communicate in written and verbal form. Provide well-organized documentation.
Monitor and manage task order staffing, hiring, task order development, and task order execution.
Coordinate with FAA managers and specialists as necessary to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Develop project schedules, financial projections, briefings, and presentations in relation to task order when required.
Coordinate with ETO and MASP Program Office on task order management activities.
Mobile Asset eXchange (MAX) Status weekly reporting and executive summary reports.
FAA Mobile Asset Orders, compliance recommendations, and updates.
ATO Service Area Applications (ATO SAA) Information System Contingency Plan (ISCP).
Basic Qualifications
Typically requires a BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.
Prior supervisory experience with multiple personnel and projects in complex logistics management setting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Managing multiple projects concurrently.
Must be capable of lifting 20 lbs and completing physically demanding tasks.
Requires approximately 30% travel.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to be used in responding to technical questions and performing program presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience for/with the FAA is highly preferred.
Prior work experience with US government managers, employees and programs.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $94,250.00 - $145,000.00 - $195,750.00
