Robert Half is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer for a client in the nonprofit space. This Instructional designer should be self-sufficient and be able to take on a variety of tasks. This role is a fully remote role but needed to work Pacific hours.
Daily Responsibilities:
- The Instructional Designer will create instructional materials: courses, curricula/learning paths, participant guides or job aids.
- The Instructional Designer will design content to optimize learning across multiple modalities (Instructor-led, e-learning, hybrid, virtual, experiential).
- The Instructional Designer will identify creative solutions to deliver learning outcomes.
- The Instructional Designer will coordinate experiential learning/event-based learning engagements including scheduling, participant management, registration, materials distribution, and event organizer coordination.
- The Instructional Designer will design, develop, distribute, and manage participant surveys/feedback.
- The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content.
- The Instructional Designer will be in charge of Analyzing, updating, and refining existing content.
- The Instructional Designer trains employees and optimizes adoption use of learning technologies.
- The Instructional Designer manages administration of LMS and other learning tools, subscription.
