Define and deliver next-gen experiences that radically simplify how buyers and renters search and discover homes
Deliver impact and results by defining success metrics, analyzing data for insights, prioritizing what to build, and coordinating with partner teams to align efforts to business strategies
Communicate and collaborate by articulating the “why” and "what" customer problem to solve, working with others, and balancing their point of view with solicited input of others
Inform strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding customer needs and technical designs of products to serve them
Actively participate in engineering discussions with Software Development Engineers, Designers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Mobilize your teams to do their best work by providing clear direction, handling dependencies, removing blockers and applying effective operating rhythms
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $143,200.00 - $228,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
5+ years of proficient ability in a product management role, with a focus on building technology products
Strong experience with building for mobile apps
Defines annual and quarterly product goals, objectives, estimated impact and success metrics that align to business strategy and product vision
Plans across multiple teams, estimating level of effort, and identifying dependencies and resource needs
Balances strategic priorities, business goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and time to market to define impactful product solutions
Delivers on-time every time: gets to the core of a problem, identifies what needs to be done, and mobilizes teams to get results
Appropriately and timely communicates and crafts documentation for varying levels of complexity, breath, or audience
Investigates metrics movements and makes data driven product decisions
Finds common ground, and leads, inspires and mentors
