The Product Manager, Events Digital Experience is responsible for managing and developing the digital experience for the Virtuoso Events platform, which provides event registration, management, marketing, and virtual experiences to Virtuoso’s network of travel advisors, agency owner-managers, and supplier partners. The Product Manager will own and drive development of the business plan, strategy, and roadmap around the Virtuoso Events digital experience, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and subject matter experts from across the company, as well as the Virtuoso Network, to guide the product features and priorities from conception to launch and beyond. This role is a critical part of our B2B digital experience and must successfully bridge the technical and business worlds to develop an experience that our customers and partners love.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Drive improvement to Virtuoso’s digital events experience in support of our network; lead the product development team by setting and maintaining a rolling 12-month product roadmap and 3-year strategy.

Coordinate with the Sr. Director, B2B Digital Experience and Product Manager, Events to develop and execute a product vision and strategy that meets the needs of the Virtuoso Network.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create shared understanding and alignment on strategic goals to ensure on-time delivery and performance for your products.
Meet with customers, partners, and internal subject matter experts to synthesize key insights and serve as the voice of the customer within your team and across the company.
Develop and maintain a high level of expertise on industry trends and technology.
Collaborate with Product Management peers and leadership to cultivate a healthy, effective Product culture; contribute to and evangelize best practices to help the team grow into positions of influence.

Educational and Skills Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
2-4 years’ experience managing highly integrated digital (web/mobile) products
Experience working in events management or managing digital events platforms preferred
Proven track record of taking a product from concept and ideation to launch and adoption (0->1)
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, even without influence or authority
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data to rally others around your ideas
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage sophisticated projects and competing simultaneous priorities
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Travel Requirements:

Frequent travel will be required to attend company and industry events (~1 trip per month).
Travel will be primarily domestic but may include some international.

Type/Nature of Contacts:

Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with manager and director level staff and above outside of the job’s immediate work unit/department.
External: Weekly communication with customers, business partners and vendors.
