Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with our marketing team to align Google Ads strategy with overall business goals and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Google Ads certification.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for fragrance and raw materials is a plus!
