Urban Farm Fertilizers in Bay City, TX is looking for a part-time contract media manager to promote our line of high-performance garden and lawn fertilizers nationwide.

Job description: promote our products online to generate sales and build brand recognition, using social media (X, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube). For YT, create a company channel and produce regular shorts and 3-5 minute videos once/week.

Must live within 60 miles of West Columbia, TX, where some, if not most of the video material will be generated. Video material revolves around the growing of vegetables, flowers, and cannabis with our nutrients. Other than occasional onsite visits for video material, this is a remote work position.

The right applicant will have a verifiable history of success in this field. Applicant must provide references from current and/or recent satisfied customers who can attest to your ability to generate sustainable ROI.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms
- Manage and optimize digital free and paid advertising campaigns, including social media posts and YT videos, to increase brand awareness and generate sales
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools to create a sustainable ROI (return on investment)
- Proven track record in social media marketing
