Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Global Product Manager to lead our clean technology product line. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch and beyond. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of creating sustainable and innovative solutions for a better tomorrow.

Job Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Product Conceptualization: Spearhead the identification of new market opportunities and conceptualize initial product ideas. Lead the exploration of new market segments and directions by capturing and analyzing customer insights to forecast technological trends and future needs, shaping the product's unique selling proposition. Assess new business prospects, weighing the associated risks and rewards, to craft strategic recommendations. Develop an exhaustive product roadmap and strategy that steers the product's evolution.
Product Development Collaboration: Actively participate in the cross-functional team throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring product features are delivered on time and to a high standard, in line with the product roadmap. Promote deep engagement with customers during the development phase, tracking user feedback and market shifts to refine and enhance the product for sustained growth.
Go-to-Market Execution: Orchestrate the strategy and implementation of product launches. Craft comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans encompassing marketing, sales, and customer service tactics. Work closely with sales and marketing departments to guarantee a smooth product introduction and market penetration, including the development of web content, digital marketing efforts, lead generation initiatives, campaign management, participation in trade shows, and the localization of promotional materials.
Ongoing Product Evolution and Market Expansion: Post-launch, analyze product performance and customer insights to pinpoint avenues for product refinement and augmentation. Leverage data to drive product improvement strategies, adjust pricing models, and broaden market presence. Act as a central repository of knowledge on competitive dynamics, product specifications, and market strategies. Facilitate the exchange of best practices and key success metrics among peers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in clean technology, renewable energy, or a related industry.
Demonstrated success in launching and managing products on a global scale.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and collaborating effectively across functions.
Deep commitment to sustainability and a passion for advancing clean technology solutions.
