We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create innovative and visually appealing designs for various marketing materials (ranging from logos to laying out branded year-end reports), including digital and print media. The successful candidate will work with our account management team and directly with our clients to develop creative concepts, design marketing materials, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral (being able to invent and/or adhere to brand guidelines is a must).

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with the account managers and clients (this includes on-camera meetings)
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including, but not limited to, social media graphics, email newsletters, web banners, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral
Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Maintain and organize design files and assets for future use (and be familiar with cloud backups)
Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry standards, and best practices
Take direction and feedback from the marketing team and incorporate into design projects
Work with external vendors, including printers and photographers, to ensure high-quality final products (experience with printing is a huge plus)
Collaborate with copywriters, web developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field with 1 year of experience or 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment (organizational experience preferred over freelance)
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and experience with both digital and print media (organizational/marketing-related works preferred)
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent design, typography, and layout skills, with a knack for choosing fonts that best represent a brand's identity
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Incredibly strong communication and collaboration skills (a must)
Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into design projects
