Sirena Medical Aesthetics is a busy Medical Spa is looking for an part-time social Media Coordinator. Looking for the right individual, who is pleasant, reliable and genuine. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content for our social media channels, while also providing production support on events and holidays deals.

This is a part-time (5-8 hours per week), remote independent contractor. Able to meet in office twice a month.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Create high-quality, branded content for Sirena's social media channels, including Instagram and facebook in a variety of formats and styles.
Collaborate with the providers to brainstorm ideas for content and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into our social media strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and their preferences on multiple social media platforms.
Monitor social media engagement and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Assist in the development and execution of social media for seasonal events such as our Annual Cool Event or Holiday Deals.
Foster a sense of community and loyalty among our followers, creating meaningful interactions and fostering brand advocacy.
Assist with the planning and execution of larger events, such as photo shoots or video productions.
Capture high-quality and visually appealing photographs for various assignments and projects

Our Ideal Candidate:

Strong creative skills, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Active on social media with a portfolio of content you've made for yourself or other brands.
Proficiency in graphic design and photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, vimeo).
An appreciation or interest in Aesthetic Spa field.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools.
A passion for digital marketing or social media, with a desire to grow in a marketing career.

Benefits

Salary Range: $25/hour – $35/hour with
