This role is pivotal in developing and executing captivating design solutions that resonate with our target audience and uphold our brand's identity.

Job Description:

The Cannabis Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs that effectively communicate our brand's values and messages across various platforms, including packaging, digital marketing, and promotional materials. This position demands a blend of creativity, industry knowledge, and a passion for cannabis culture.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce compelling graphic visuals for product packaging, marketing materials, social media content, websites, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement creative strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and appeal to our target market.
Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and regulatory requirements related to cannabis product packaging and advertising.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs and materials.
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
Provide creative input and suggestions to improve existing branding and marketing efforts.
Efficient in 3D design and 3D render

Qualifications:

Proven graphic design experience, preferably in the cannabis industry or related fields such as food & beverage, cosmetics, or health & wellness.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including packaging, digital marketing, and brand identity.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design principles. Additional skills with Blender.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding, marketing, and the unique aspects of the cannabis market.
Knowledge of the cannabis industry's regulations and standards related to advertising and packaging is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
