Responsible for managing and supporting Maintenance Departments.
Aide in/or scheduling and coordination of all maintenance and/or service routes. Reporting updates-service repair needs or quotes.
Drive maintenance growth net adds and revenue to meet company initiatives and goals.
Running Routes.
Commence and participate in team and executive meetings regarding the Maintenance department.
Be able to handle escalation calls for maintenance (and service departments as needed).
Assist department leaders with weekly payroll duties, including timesheets, weekly hours, PTO requests, and distribution of checks.
Develop an agenda and lead Maintenance department meetings.
Manage the number of pools serviced weekly and cover pools and/or routes if needed.
Manage Profit and Loss for the Maintenance department.
Inspect pool maintenance for progress status quality of workmanship, safety compliance,customer satisfaction, profitability concerns and ensure reviews are conducted.
Partner with Human Resources on the Maintenance Technician job ads and descriptions.
Train weekly pool maintenance technician cleaners and service personnel. Mentoring and grooming of maintenance technicians.
Distribute and collect weekly company vehicle quality check reports for service.
Review and oversee vehicle tracking records to ensure efficiency.
Manage vehicle Fleet for the Maintenance Department.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of Maintenance supervisor or management experience in the swimming pool industry.
Proven experience leading a team of (5) or more people in a fast-paced B2C environment.
Must be able to travel up to 10%-20%
Proven ability to hire, mentor, coach, direct and manage teams.
Must have solid organizational skills, multitasker, problem solver, ability to tactfully resolve customer conflict and a strong attention to detail.
Must focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft platforms
Two to four-year degree recommended.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
