Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our brand and media agency to support our e-commerce clients. As an E-Commerce Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging designs for our e-commerce and retail clients. Collaborating with our agency and client partners, you will craft email designs, web graphics, social media graphics, and other visual elements to support our clients.

Responsibilities:

Design visually stunning graphics, banners, and promotional materials for our e-commerce clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visually compelling advertisements and social media assets for client campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and platforms for each client.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Work closely with the web development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Conduct design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Strong understanding of e-commerce design principles, user experience, and conversion optimization.
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Comfortable being pulled from projects into other projects during the workday. Ability to shift between tasks seamlessly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing your previous e-commerce and digital marketing design work is required.
