MasterPieces is a 30-year-old company based in Tucson, Arizona, which specializes in the creation and sale of puzzles, games, and toys. Our line currently consists of over 1,250 exclusive toys and games and 2,500 licensed sports products.

We are currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer/Illustrator to collaborate with the Product Development team to develop original and licensed designs, illustrations and packaging for our puzzles, games, toys, and craft product lines.

Local applicants will be considered first.

Desired Qualities and Skills:

3-5 years professional experience creating digital graphics and illustrations in a variety of styles and looks. Ability to emulate licensed styles a plus.

· Highly knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Experienced in developing logo/brand designs.

Must possess strong packaging design skills working with fonts/logos/graphics.
Strong, accurate, creative, and critical thinking skills.
Elevated level of excitement for design and upbeat, positive attitude a must.
Hardworking, consistent, dependable, organized collaborator.
Ability to manage workload and juggle multiple projects.

Education Requirements:

4-year degree with design background or equivalent experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
