Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Product Manager. You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and implement product development from inception to launch.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:

· Defining and executing the product vision and strategy. They will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the development, launch, and successful adoption of products in the marketplace.

· This role will also collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure that all product efforts are successfully aligned with business goals and customer needs.

· Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.

· Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.

· Work with senior executives to create product plans and roadmaps.

· Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)

· Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.

· Partner with sales and business development staff to contribute to RFPs and pitches when product representation is necessary.

Qualifications

Experience in product management, including product strategy and go-to-market planning – minimum 5 years.
Experience in Agile product development methodologies.
Ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
Experience with data analysis, user research, and customer feedback mechanisms to inform product decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Experience in the retail or QSR industry is a significant plus.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
Experience as a product manager or owner.
Experience owning technology products.
Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
