Summary: Country Casual Teak designs and builds high end leisure furniture for the institutional and residential markets. The E-commerce Manager will focus on defining and building a world-class customer experience on CountryCasualTeak.com by applying data analytics to dive into the site and sales data to tell the story of visitor behavior, merchandising strategies and conversion journeys. Using these conclusions, he/she/they will craft A/B tests and implement site improvements. The successful candidate will combine an understanding of what drives e-commerce sales and a passion for user experience to grow the site KPIs (Users/Sessions, AOV and Conversion Rate) and increase revenue. This role will also be responsible for managing the relationship with the development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Site Operations

· Work closely with the external development team to identify and resolve site issues, develop and launch new features or site sections and do platform updates to improve the customer experience.

· Perform ongoing QA/maintenance of our site to ensure pages, product and copy are accurate and error-free.

· Manage content updates and merchandise the brand .com site including homepage, category landing pages, resources, content pages, search, etc.

· Coordinate with the product team to introduce new product launches and pricing updates.

Data Analysis

· Analyze the data from Country Casual Teak customers (B2B and B2C) and their buying journey. Identify and understand all the touchpoints and how that plays into the overall attribution model(s).

· Use analytics tools such as GA4, Matomo, Big Query, SQL to collect data.

· Define overall metrics and KPI’s for the e-commerce site and craft presentations that illustrate the story of the data.

· Use data to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability (growth in conversion rates, average order value, and lines per order)

· Identify and implement conversion optimization improvements via A/B and multivariate testing and analysis

· Advocate for the needs of our customers and serve as the go-to person for insight on site traffic and product performance.

· Keep pace with and apply e-commerce best practices and industry trends

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, advertising, business or communications.

· 3+ years in e-commerce

· Demonstrated experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems; working knowledge of Magento a plus

· Extensive use of Google Analytics, Matomo or other analytics platforms along with BI solutions such as Looker, Tableau, etc.

· Solid understanding of conversion optimization and A/B and multivariate testing and analysis

· Ability to distill the data into a cohesive story, and the communication skills to tell it

· Strong customer focus/ability to anticipate and react to user needs.

· Project Management certification or experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders

· Interest in new technologies in the e-commerce and digital marketing space

· Highly organized, focused, process-oriented, and possesses great attention to detail ·

· Superb communication skills, clear and concise in both written and verbal communication

· Capacity to effectively influence within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
