Responsibilities:

1. Create visually engaging and cohesive designs for collages, adhering to project requirements and brand guidelines.

2. Collaborate with team to understand their vision and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.

3. Utilize a variety of design software, particularly Canva and demonstrate proficiency in uploading and integrating designs into the applicable applications, including Canva.

4. Stay updated on design trends and implement innovative techniques to elevate the aesthetic appeal of collages.

5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure design elements align with overall campaign objectives.

7. Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the impact and effectiveness of visual content.

8. Maintain organized files and documentation for design projects, facilitating efficient collaboration and revisions.

9. Collaborate with other team members, including photographers and illustrators, to achieve cohesive and impactful design solutions.

10. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging design technologies to continually enhance skillset.

11. Upload to various platforms

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing collage design work.

2. Proficiency in graphic design software - Canva.

3. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

4. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address design challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
