Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Ads Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should possess a substantial portfolio showcasing their expertise in the digital realm, acquired through freelance or agency positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
Craft compelling, brand-aligned content that grabs attention and fuels engagement.
Design and implement data-driven strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations to ensure ongoing success.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
In-depth understanding of ad strategy, audience targeting, and segmentation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling ad copy and reports.
Expertise in analytics and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
