This position is located in Taunton, Massachusetts with intermittent remote work capabilities.

OVERVIEW:

The Digital Product Manager will play a key role in the Bank’s continued digital transformation. This role will work with business stakeholders across the organization to better understand the products required or in need of development. They will also be the Bank’s primary liaison and manager of our Alloy Labs relationship, ensuring the Bank takes full advantage of its membership.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand and refine the digital product set in accordance with the Bank’s customer experience, revenue and efficiency goals.
Maintain current and future digital product portfolio, including documentation, roadmaps, sun setting and vendor review.
Understand and maintain profitability of digital products for both consumer and business users.
Work across the Bank to strategize new digital products, reports on current digital product outcomes.
Maintain understanding of competition and digital competitive value for the Bank.
Develop go to market strategies in coordination with Marketing.
Develop training needs list in coordination with Digital Banking Manager and Digital Customer Experience Manager.
Understand current limitations of systems and works to implement more efficient platforms/services.
Maintain Alloy labs relationship ensuring that BCSB has the right employees engaged in CoE’s and other areas.

OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs related and unrelated responsibilities as may be required.

SUPERVISORY SCOPE:

Responsible for hiring, supervising and training Digital Banking Analyst.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience working in the capacity of a Product Manager in a Banking institution or Credit Union.
Bachelors’ degree preferred.
