Bakery is looking for a highly skilled and experienced social content creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-impact content that engages and connects with audiences on social media.

The Content Creator is a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about creating engaging and impactful social content. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will also be responsible for managing social media channels, monitoring performance, and reporting on results.

Responsibilities

Along with a team of Digital Marketing Managers and Social Media Specialists, develop and execute creative social media campaigns that align with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and social strategy.
Design market-ready graphics, which can involve generating still photography and video.
Help come up with big and small ideas that make the difference between good and great work.
Work with the team to take advantage of real-time culturally relevant moments and work them into meaningful content.
Scope project timelines accurately and ensure impeccable and timely launch of content across all campaign channels.
Expertly present and explain concepts.
Address internal and client feedback.

3+ years of hands-on creation of engaging content (graphics, video, photo) for social media and other platforms.
A stunning portfolio showing professional, proven and strategic experience in graphic design, still photography, retouching, cinematography, set design/ art direction, and post-production.
Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines.
Grasp of current digital advertising best practices and proven experience creating for social media and online platforms, including; Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Web.
Detail-oriented mindset; productive without compromising quality.
